Please Note:

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.

After inspecting the returned item:

  • We will confirm eligibility for a replacement.
  • If approved, a replacement will be sent within 7–10 business days.

Replacements depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or SMS regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation after the refund is processed.

Please Note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take extra time to reflect the refund.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.
